Our snagging service

New Home buyers vary in what they are prepared to accept – but why accept anything less than what you’re entitled to?

Without the aid of a Professional Snagging Company, very few people will have the time, tools and knowledge to fully snag their own home. This is where we come in.

We inspect the entire property for defects, inside and out. We then prepare a report for you to hand to your builder (and a copy for you to keep). This is by far the best way to identify all defects and get them put right. With the increasing cost of new homes, and the average new home now costing over £250,000, a few hundred £’s to be sure you’re getting what you’ve paid for is a wise investment we think.

Roof issues are relatively common, so are leaks – 1 per house on average. Extractor fans not connected, bricks cracked and missing A lot of creaking floors, in which case I take a short video and include with the report.

Our Service

We supply new home snagging throughout The UK, to throughout England & Wales.

We work to a comprehensive list, to ensure nothing is missed. We use specialist tools such as thermal imagers and drones, to see what the eye cannot. Ideally a survey will take place before you move in, but any time before your warranty runs out is OK. We will prepare and issue you a report.
